Prices are shown in the app and each store purchase screen. Planned reference pricing: Premium with 90 AI voice minutes/month and conversation memory, JPY 980/month incl. tax; one-time 30-minute AI Pass, JPY 480 incl. tax. Prices and allowances may change and vary by region.
Charges other than the price
Communication charges needed to use/download the Service are borne by the user.
Payment method
In-app purchase via the Apple App Store or Google Play (the payment methods set by each store).
Payment timing
Payment is confirmed when the purchase is completed. Premium is charged automatically on each renewal date unless cancelled; an AI Pass is charged once at purchase.
Timing of service provision
Purchased paid features and AI conversation time are available immediately after payment completes.
Cancellation / stopping auto-renewal
Cancel via each store before the next renewal date to stop the next renewal. Paid features remain available until the end of the current billing period.
Returns / cancellation (refunds)
Due to the nature of digital content/services, we do not provide refunds in principle. Whether and how refunds are made follows the refund policy of the store where you purchased (App Store / Google Play), except where refunds are required by law.
Operating environment
iPhone (iOS) / Android (see each store for supported devices). For safety, we recommend Bluetooth hands-free equipment or a headset.
