⚠️ In short
- OtomoDrive is for people aged 18 and over. We do not allow anyone under 18 to register or use the service.
- Anything involving child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) is prohibited. Accounts found doing so are banned permanently.
- You can report from inside the app at any time (call screen, spots, recruitments, direct messages). Reports by email are also accepted.
- We review every report and act on it: removal, suspension, and reporting to the authorities where the law requires it.
1. About these standards
These standards describe how NEVELL Inc. ("we") prevents child sexual abuse and exploitation ("CSAE") on OtomoDrive ("the service"). They follow the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy and applicable law.
2. Age requirement and age assurance
- The service is for drivers aged 18 and over. People under 18 may not use it.
- At sign-up we ask for a date of birth and a confirmation that the person is 18 or over. Anyone who has not completed this cannot use the main features.
- If we learn that someone under 18 is using the service, we suspend the account and delete the data.
3. Prohibited conduct
The following is strictly prohibited. Confirmed violations lead to a permanent ban without prior notice, and to reports to the authorities where required.
- Creating, sending, sharing or requesting content — voice, text or images — that constitutes or promotes child sexual abuse or exploitation
- Sexual solicitation of a minor, grooming, or attempting sexual conversation or contact with a minor
- Collecting or requesting a minor's personal information, or luring a minor to meet in person
- Sharing links to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or helping others obtain or distribute it
- Misrepresenting your age, or asking a minor to misrepresent theirs
4. How to report
Reporting is available inside the app at all times.
- Call screen: tap a participant, or use the report button at the bottom of the screen
- Spots, recruitments and messages: use the report action on each screen
- Email: support@nevell.co.jp (please put "CSAE" in the subject)
- If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first (in Japan, dial 110).
5. What we do with a report
- Every report is reviewed by our team, with urgent cases handled first.
- Confirmed violations lead to content removal, feature restrictions, or a permanent ban.
- Where CSAE is suspected, we report to the competent authorities and to the relevant reporting body (including NCMEC in the United States) as required by applicable law.
- We do not disclose the reporter to the reported person beyond what handling the case requires.
- You may appeal a decision by writing to the address above.
6. Preservation of records
We preserve the related records for as long as needed to make legally required reports and to assist investigations. Handling follows our Privacy Policy.
7. Point of contact
For anything related to CSAE, contact support@nevell.co.jp. A member of our team reviews and responds.
8. Review of these standards
We review these standards as laws, platform policies and our own operational experience change. Material changes are published on this page.
